Bruce Young is President & Chief Executive Officer  for Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping.  Before assuming this role, Young managed the concrete pumping operations for BBCP from 2001-2007 after managing the Seattle Operations from 1986-2001, one of the firm’s largest branches. Young started his career in the concrete pumping industry in 1980 with O’Brien Concrete Pumping, moving from there to start his own concrete pumping firm. He joined Brundage-Bone in 1985 and has held a variety of positions in concrete pumping operations, sales and management. Young represents over 28 years of industry experience as a leader and visionary.

 

 Daryl Heinz is Executive Vice President. For over 16 years he has directed the maintenance of company equipment and the company’s parts and service business and over the last six years he has assumed the additional corporate responsibilities of this position directing maintenance of company equipment and providing executive management to the company’s parts and service department, rebuild business including a major welding and fabrication operation, information technology, and telecommunications. Heinz joined BBCP in 1985 after working in the Oil drilling industry and came with several certifications and endorsements in manufacturing and equipment repair.

    John Hudek, Chief Financial Officer & Secretary-Treasurer  for Brundage-Bone. joined the firm in 1997, after 17 years of progressively increasing financial and financial management responsibilities with Wells Fargo Bank. His last position there was Vice President, Corporate Banking Manager. Hudek directs Brundage-Bone’s overall financial strategy and provides extensive financial, management, and operational expertise.  His responsibilities including financial planning, forecasting and analysis, merger and acquisition analysis and negotiation, financing and capital structure, asset acquisition and capital investment analysis,  investor/owner relations, tax and treasury.
   Timothy Schieck was appointed as the company’s first Assistant Secretary-Treasurer & Controller shortly after he was hired in 1986. He began his accounting career in public accounting with Wilson, Downing and Associates. Tim has been instrumental in building and maintaining all aspects of the company’s financial record keeping, reporting and controls. In addition to the customary controller duties with the company, Schieck has managed the company benefit plans, facilities and other administration functions.
   Randy Waterman currently serves as Brundage-Bone’s Senior Vice President & Regional Manager for the Southern Region of Arizona, New Mexico and Texas including some of Brundage-Bone’s largest branch offices. He accepted this role after effectively managing two Brundage-Bone branch operations, first in Portland, then in Phoenix. Waterman joined the Brundage-Bone management team in April of 1999 when Brundage-Bone acquired the national firm, Concrete Placement, Inc. (CPI) where he managed branches in Oklahoma the start up of the South Florida area which he oversaw for 16 years and where he developed expertise in high rise construction. In 1996 he developed and managed a break off company, “Heavy Metal, Inc” which rebuilt and sold concrete pumps.  Waterman has been in the Concrete Pumping Industry since 1980.
 

 

Bruce Woods serves as Brundage-Bone’s Senior Vice President & Regional Manager for the Mountain States Region including Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana and Nevada. Bruce joined the Brundage-Bone management team in November of 1993 when Brundage-Bone acquired his firm, Allstate Concrete Pumping, a firm he had started in 1987. Woods initially managed the Utah branch for Brundage-Bone, expanding our area of operations to Idaho and Wyoming before taking on his current responsibilities. He Started his career in concrete pumping working for Strait Western Concrete Pumping in 1980.

 

Dale Bone Jr. as Vice President, Equipment Sales directs Brundage-Bone’s new and used equipment sales efforts and oversees all concrete pumping equipment asset management. A former product engineer with Schwing America, part of the world’s largest concrete pump manufacturing firm, he brings a tremendous understanding of the equipment utilized in our industry since he was hired in December, 1994.

 

 Mike Cook serves as Brundage-Bone’s Regional Manager for the Midwest Region including Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and Tennessee. Cook joined the Brundage-Bone management team in April of 1999 when Brundage-Bone acquired the national firm, Concrete Placement, Inc. (CPI). Cook began what has become an exceptional 29-year career in concrete pumping, starting at the entry level with Hercules and rapidly advancing to management and sales positions with Hercules, Brundage Concrete Pumping, CPI and finally with Brundage-Bone.

 

 Keith Wood serves as Brundage-Bone’s Regional Manager  for the Northwest Region including all of Oregon and Washington and California from Bakersfield north.  Wood has supported the company’s expansion in operations and management positions in Texas, Arizona and Portland, successfully effecting tremendous financial turn-arounds through his detail-focused management. In 2002, Wood joined Brundage-Bone, bringing to the company 21 years of experience with Marco Crane & Rigging, Obrien’s Concrete Pumping and Hercules Concrete Pumping. Keith has over 25 years of experience with sales and management in concrete pumping services.
 

Chuck Bustos serves as Brundage-Bone's Regional Manager  for the Central States Region including Colorado, Eastern Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas and Iowa.  Bustos has worked with Brundage-Bone in Denver since May, 1988 as sales manager, co-manager and general branch manager. He has been instrumental in the expanse of Denver operations from a branch with five concrete pumps to one of the company's largest branches with satellite yards covering the full front range and western slope in Colorado as well as locations in eastern Wyoming and Nebraska.  Bustos construction career began at a very young age and has covered every role from supply delivery to superintendant and then on to own and operate a successful concrete flatwork contracting business.

   Gregg White serves as Brundage-Bone's Vice President & Dallas Area Manager  and has been an Officer of BBCP for many years. White has supported the company’s expansion from one branch operation in Texas to three branches and four satellite branches. White started his concrete pumping career in 1978 with Obrien’s Concrete Pumping. In 1984 he joined the Brundage-Bone team and has over 20 years of experience with the company’s sales and operations.
 

 Kyle Rask is Director of Safety and Risk Management for Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping. He joined the firm in February of 2004 bringing to the management team his well-rounded experience in business and safety and risk management. Rask has been influential in the implementation and maintenance of a safety and risk management program for Brundage-Bone unequaled in the concrete pumping industry and one that sets a standard for other firms within the construction industry in the areas of safety and occupational health, loss control, employee benefits, training, and risk management.

   Jay Bulson was hired in September of 2006 as Human Resources Director for Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping. He has worked in Human Resources executive, management, and consulting positions for over 20 years, in a variety of industries including transportation, environmental engineering and field services, hazardous waste management, software development, banking and more. Jay has managed and directed a broad scope of HR functions including strategic planning, compensation, staffing, benefits, training & development, labor relations, employee relations, mergers and acquisitions and risk management.
   
Jeffrey L. Switzer is President of JLS Concrete Pumping, Inc.  He has held this position for over twenty six years and leads this organization with one hundred and thirty employees and ninety five concrete pumps throughout the Southwest region of the United States, primarily in Southern California and Las Vegas.  Switzer started his career in the concrete pumping industry in 1973 with Hendrix Concrete Pumping, moving from there to start his own concrete pumping firm in 1982.  Switzer has performed every role in concrete pumping including operations, sales, and management; he represents over thirty five years of industry experience and twenty six years as a leader and manager.
