Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping is proud to be involved with W.M. Klorman Construction Corporation in the development of Dream Palm Springs. Brundage-Bone has been commissioned to pour 25,000 yards of concrete for the project.
Dream Palm Springs will be a 169 room plus 10,000 square feet of meeting space and amenities hotel located adjacent from the Palm Springs Convention Center on the corner of Amado Road and Calle Alvarado. The project was developed by Selene International, with Dream Hotel Group, architect Oswaldo D. Lopez, and designer Hirsch Bender Associates. The overall project is close to $100 million and is expected to open in 2019.
Dream Palm Springs is one of many development projects in the works for a largely growing economic in the Coachella Valley. Not only will the hotel generate jobs, but potential visitor growth and tax revenue. In addition, the building is contributing to an updating look and feel during a renovating process throughout parts of Palm Springs.
